Does Long Life replace windows for strata properties?
Yes. We work with selected townhome and low-rise strata communities throughout the Lower Mainland on larger window and patio door replacement projects.
Do you work on high-rise condo towers?
No. Long Life specializes in townhomes and appropriate low-rise residential strata properties. High-rise tower replacement requires a different contractor and installation process.
Can councils contact you before requesting quotes?
Yes. Speaking earlier in the planning process can be helpful. We can learn about the property, discuss potential scope and determine whether Long Life is a good fit.
