What is your typical lead time for window and door replacements?
As our windows are locally made here in BC we have the luxury of a quick lead time. Our in-house installation crews are currently booked out 8-9 weeks.

On-Site
Appointment
Book an on-site appointment where our experts will take
measurements and assess the scope of your project. You’ll receive a detailed quote within two business days.
Step 2
Deposit and Final Measurements
Our construction lead will visit your home to take final measurements for your window order. We’ll take a deposit and place your window order. We’ll stay in touch to discuss any specific needs.
Step 3
Product Order and Lead Time
Once measurements are finalized, your windows are ordered and crafted to exact specifications. The current lead time for custom windows is around 8 weeks, during which we’ll keep you updated.
Step 4
Installation
Day
Now it’s time for our in-house window installers to get to work! Our friendly crews take great care to treat your home as we would our own, often leaving it cleaner than we found it with beautifully upgraded windows!
How long does the installation take?
As we never rush our projects, our talented in-house crews replace 5-8 windows per day. We are flexible to move around your house as needed if you are working from home or have a sleeping baby!
How long does installation usually take once the windows arrive?
Once the order is placed we save your spot in our installation calendar. Next, our Installation Manager will be out within a few days to take the exact measurements for ordering. The windows take roughly 4-6 weeks to manufacture, and then we will be in touch to confirm the installation date.
Can I get a rough estimate or ballpark pricing before scheduling?
As each window is made to order the price will vary based on size, colour, operation style and design. As a rough ballpark you can expect $1,800 - $2,800 per window which includes our professional installation.
What areas do you serve?
We service from North Shore to Surrey including Whistler, Squamish and Bowen Island throughout the entire Lower Mainland. Our showroom is based just on the Vancouver/Burnaby border on Boundary Road.
